Exchanges and Returns

Our priority is to give you our customers the best service possible and meet all your requirements. In the case that you are not entirely satisfied with your order due to fitting or any other reason, you always have the opportunity to exchange or return. The prices that you can see in our online store are final prices, and all Taxes are included.
 

How should I proceed if I need an exchange or return my order at www.dockfashion.com?

Our products can be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt, without a restocking charge. If the customer decides to withdraw from the contract, he may claim his right of withdrawal from contract. In such cases the customer fills in termination letter which is available at https://dockfashion.com/contract-termination-letter and send it to our adress :

Keep in mind, the returns have to be returned in the original package with original labels and original bill / invoice . Remember, we will not accept any goods that have been used or damaged. Therefore, we recommend you to not cut the labels or stain/damage the product in anyway.

If you want another goods from www.dockfashion.com you can always make a new order in our online shop. Aventurin Mallorca 2017 S.L.  reserves the right to reject returns outside the relevant time limit, or products orders that do not stay in accordance with the conditions of their reception. If you would like to exchange your ordered goods, please contact our customer service by filling up the e-mail form which you can find in field FaQ/ Contact Us, telling us your order information and what you want to exchange or refund. As soon as we can, we will contact you  in order to provide you with the solution which suit you the best.
 

When will I receive the refund for my return?

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase:

  • In case you paid by Pay-Pal platform, it will be refunded in the same Pay-Pal card, within approximately 5 working days.

  •  If you have paid by Bank transfer or Credit card, we will contact you to request your entire number account and make the refund.
